
The Clements Center for National Security and the Intelligence Studies Project at the University of Texas at Austin seek master's students for a new fellowship for the 2026-2027 academic year. Students who want to pursue careers relevant to national/international security after graduation are encourage to apply. This fellowship is not designed for students who want to continue in academia by pursuing a PhD or other professional degree after finishing their master's degree.

The fellowship is for the 2026-2027 academic year. No required meetings will be held in Austin during the summer semester but accepted students are encouraged to apply for funding to attend language intensive-study or other approved programs at UT or other higher education institutions.
Applications will be accepted until September 25, 2026. We may open a second round of applications in January 2027 but that is not guaranteed.
