Master Trainer

Objective

Responsible for training installers on new accessory installations.

Essential Functions

·Train installers.

·Install accessories.

·Inform installers about new services.

·Keep training records current.

·Remove wrap guard and interior plastics.

·Use hand and air tools to install all accessory sizes.

·Conduct thorough testing and follow-up evaluations to verify the effectiveness of the training programs.

·Follow customer and company provided training materials and maintain conformance to applicable key performance indicators (KPIs).

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports.

Work Environment

Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office, production setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather conditions.

Physical Demands

Moderate physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative or production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.

Travel

Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Computer operations

Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card)
