Every year, students undertake their master thesis projects, making notable contributions to discoveries while growing and learning. Our project scope is tailored towards addressing the current challenges faced by the industry, but we also encourage students to bring their ideas to the table.
As a thesis student at Netadmin, you will join one of our global teams and work closely with our specialists. You will take ownership of your project and join in on other projects and tasks within the team.

The goal is to create standardized packages that reduce delivery time and improve customer comprehension in current and emerging markets. The end result will make it easier for customers to understand what they're buying and promote business growth.
In this Master's thesis project, you will work closely with our Professional Services department at Netadmin to analyze the current service packaging landscape. Your main focus will be proposing innovative strategies and frameworks to standardize, develop, and broaden the range of packaged services we offer.
To achieve this, you will conduct extensive market research and analyze customer preferences in various markets. You will collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement, such as reducing delivery time and simplifying the customer's comprehension of service offerings.
By researching industry trends and best practices, you will explore new methods and technologies to enhance our service packaging. This research will help us identify opportunities to streamline our service delivery process and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to developing a comprehensive service packaging framework for both existing and untapped markets.
This Master's Thesis Project aims to explore and execute service packaging strategies that effectively support Netadmin's objectives of minimizing delivery time and improving customer comprehension.
