About this Position

Conduct a Master’s thesis within the Printed Electronics team, focusing on pad printing technology for conductive materials.

What you´ll do

  • Perform hands-on experimental work using a pad printing platform in a laboratory environment
  • Optimize printing processes for existing conductive ink portfolios
  • Support development and evaluation of next-generation conductive materials
  • Design and execute structured experiments
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools such as Python
  • Contribute to expanding pad printing capabilities and product offerings in the European market
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Product Development teams in an global environment

  • Student currently enrolled in a Master's program in engeneering or a closely related field
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English
  • Willingness and availability to spend significant time in the laboratory, conducting hands‑on experimental work
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods, including structured experimentation
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools; experience with Python is considered an advantage
  • General exposure to material characterization or printing/coating processes is beneficial
  • High degree of independence, proactivity and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional team environment
