Role Summary

負責 SCANIA 商用車車體打造期間之技術檢查、品質確認及新車整備（PDI）支援作業，確保車輛於打造、檢驗及交付過程符合 SCANIA 品質標準與技術要求。此職位需與車體廠、供應商及內部相關部門密切合作，協助問題排除、品質改善及交車前檢驗作業，確保車輛安全、品質與客戶滿意度。

Responsible for supporting technical inspections, quality assurance activities, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations throughout the body-building process of SCANIA commercial vehicles. The role ensures vehicles comply with SCANIA technical standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations before delivery. This position works closely with body builders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, verify build quality, and support continuous quality improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• 執行車體打造階段相關檢查與品質確認作業。
• 執行車輛機械、電系及結構等基本功能檢查。
• 確認打造過程符合 SCANIA 技術規範、品質標準及相關作業要求。
• 發現異常狀況時進行初步判斷、記錄與回報。
• 協助分析及處理車體打造過程中的技術問題。
• 維護檢查紀錄、技術文件及品質追蹤資料。
• 與車體廠、供應商及內部相關單位進行跨部門溝通與協調。
• 支援新車整備（PDI）檢查及交車前品質驗證作業。
• 協助持續改善品質流程及提升客戶交付品質。
• 配合主管指派執行其他相關技術與品質支援工作。
• Perform inspections and quality verification activities during the vehicle body-building process.
• Conduct basic functional inspections of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Verify compliance with SCANIA technical requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities or quality concerns.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during vehicle production and body installation.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with body builders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and vehicle handover quality verification activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to vehicle quality and delivery processes.
• Perform other technical and quality-related duties assigned by management.

Education

• Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education Level 4
