Join our Analytical Characterization (AC) team at Novartis in Kundl, Austria, where you will contribute to solving complex analytical challenges and help advance innovative approaches in biopharmaceutical development. Our team is responsible for the in-depth characterization of biologic drug substances and products, supporting development from early research through commercialization. Using advanced analytical technologies, including mass spectrometry, chromatography, and biophysical methods, we investigate critical quality attributes to help ensure product safety, efficacy, and quality. We are looking for a curious and motivated student who enjoys tackling complex scientific challenges and uncovering insights from data. You are eager to learn new concepts and technologies, ask questions, and explore problems from different perspectives. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 39,171.30 EUR/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
