
This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated portfolio-level resource and cost loaded schedule/s for the Orion Concrete Construction segment submitting cost recourses loading schedules in our InEight software. The incumbent will work closely with executive management in determining the most optimum method to support this endeavor, specifically for the Orion Concrete Construction project portfolio. The role includes providing valuable insight and analysis on status of resources and equipment and how they are allocated on projects within the division.
In addition, the incumbent will work closely with the Project Management Teams supporting the building, maintaining, and reporting of project schedules for the Orion Concrete segment. The role requires supporting the Project Management Teams in establishing and adhering to project execution “best practice.” The incumbent will work closely with executive management, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimating, Finance and other project team members to ensure successful project execution, cost control, on time delivery, and risk mitigation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Three to Five years experience with the InEight software and Ten or more years project scheduling experience is required, preferably in the construction industry. BS Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Primavera, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint required.
The incumbent must possess excellent computer skills; be capable of working on multiple projects and assignments; and have the ability to interface well with members of the project management team.
