The Master Scheduler Assistant supports production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient workflow, accurate scheduling data, and alignment with customer demand. This role assists in maintaining ERP planning information, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping support shop floor execution, inventory goals, and on-time delivery performance.
Essential Job Functions:
·Assist in production planning and scheduling activities, including data entry, schedule updates, reporting, and performance tracking.
·Support maintenance of standard work, planning processes, and the production calendar.
·Help ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP planning data, including lead times, order quantities, reorder points, and scheduling parameters.
·Assist in maintaining and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support customer demand and inventory objectives.
·Monitor and reconcile scheduling inputs such as forecasts, work orders, and customer orders.
·Provide administrative support for capacity planning, resource tracking, and schedule adjustments as needed.
·Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support communication, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance execution.
·Assist in identifying scheduling conflicts or constraints and escalate issues as appropriate.
·Support efforts to meet customer requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.

Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, or administrative support role
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
•Must be a U.S citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
•Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning (MRP).
Physical Requirements:
·Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
·Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Working Conditions
Onsite position with office environment and occasional exposure to manufacturing areas.
