You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure our production schedules align with customer needs and business goals. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and manage master production schedules using SAP tools
  • Optimize resource allocation across manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for real-time material flow
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage schedule changes
  • Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assess and manage capacity constraints with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Align production plans with revenue targets in partnership with sales and finance
  • Generate reports and KPIs to keep stakeholders informed
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, or an associate degree with a minimum of 05 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in SAP (especially APO or similar planning modules) MRP for production planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
