Job Description

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, governing and continuously optimizing the integrated production schedule for CPS Conco to balance demand, supply, inventory and manufacturing capacity. The role leads the Master Production Schedule (MPS), the monthly Plant cross-functional S&OP process and performance reporting, end-to-end supply chain execution, planning analytics and continuous improvement.

Master Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, own and maintain the Master Production Schedule balancing demand, capacity, materials and inventory.
  • Optimize production scheduling to support finite capacity planning sequencing, schedule adherence and line utilisation.
  • Manage schedule changes arising from forecast, supply or operational constraints.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Leadership

  • Lead the monthly S&OP process and facilitate cross-functional planning reviews.
  • Develop supply scenarios and executive recommendations balancing service, cost and capacity.

End-to-End Supply Chain Orchestration & Execution

  • Collaborate with Materials Operations, Logistics, Customer Management and Production functions to support optimized planning activities.
  • Work with the relevant functions to mitigate supply risks and capacity constraints.

Production Planning Optimization

  • Drive planning optimization, parameter reviews, inventory optimization and throughput improvements.
  • Own and manage all SAP Master data related to planning parameters and materials.

Planning Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop dashboards in SAP/IBP/Power BI and provide KPI reporting, scenario modelling and executive insights.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead automation and standardization initiatives, business cases, root cause analysis and planning excellence.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Production Planning or Master Scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading S&OP and using SAP ERP, SAP IBP/APO or equivalent.

Technical Skills

  • SAP ERP (PP/MM), SAP IBP/APO, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Supply Chain Analytics, Programming Language (Python/R/etc), Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, Lean Manufacturing.
