Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Development: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet operational requirements

• Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling.

• Monitoring and Updating Schedules: Regularly monitor manufacturing adherence to plan and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports to assist management in decision making processes.

• Resource Allocation Support: Assist in the allocation of resources to optimize productivity and meet production schedules.

Key Skills:

• Production Planning: Develops and maintains production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.

• Demand Management: Aligns and recommends master production schedules that align with the supply plan

• Resource Allocation: Efficiently assigns resources, including labor and materials, to optimize production processes.

• Inventory Management: Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with manufacturing to ensure a schedule that optimizes stock levels.

• Data Analysis: Utilizes data analysis tools to interpret scheduling data and identify areas for improvement.

• Software Proficiency: Demonstrates expertise in scheduling software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Problem Solving: Identifies scheduling conflicts and implements effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

• Communication Skills: Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of schedules.

• Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy in scheduling documentation and monitoring to prevent errors.

Other Qualifications:

• China-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain management,Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent is required.Proficiency in ERP.
