ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing and leading the creation and planning of project schedules, events, and plans across the customer origination. This position will work closely with Engineering, Complex Projects, IT Solutions, Program Management Office, and Procurement to identify and track resourcing needs and help establish work planning. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading a team of project schedulers providing coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Travel between local buildings is required. Support Program with Integrated Master Schedules that are developed and maintained formultiple projects to summary a program portfolio. This will require the liaison with missionpartners and task owners to determine the sequencing and duration of activities. Create a project baseline for each project and monitor project progress against that baseline. Identify and resolve resource and schedule conflicts and constraints among multiple projects. Provide impact analysis of schedule changes; identify schedule variances and opportunities andproactively develop mitigation strategies for the Project Management team. Assist business development with new project schedules, resource estimation, and availabilityplanning. Performing HR duties as assigned, including but limited to: interviewing, hiring, career enablement, performance counseling, compensation planning, and requisition creation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in highly analytical courses (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, etc.) and 7+ years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 11+ years. Ability to create, update, and track project schedules, as well as manage dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ability to align project schedules with budgets and monitor for discrepancies or delays. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and project execution. Understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planningand Scheduling techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow Project Planning/Scheduling and/or Microsoft Office Project. Working knowledge of all common Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis and graphing. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT project-specific timelines. Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. Constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
