Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

• Oversee and manage complex plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Diagnose and resolve challenging plumbing issues, utilizing your expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Provide technical expertise and training to junior plumbers, fostering their professional development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the company vehicle and at customer locations.

• Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master Plumber license (required)

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a recent focus on residential service.

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Base Hourly Rate and Commissions are offered for sales and after-hours/emergency jobs.
• Our Average Master Plumber makes between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (negotiable for the right applicant)

The compensation for this position is expected to be a base range of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
