Your Challenge:
Monitor & review 5Yr demand forecast interacting with Demand Analyst to ensure information is up-to-date.
Define optimum inventory levels per hybrid and cost-to-serve targets
Prepare in-season volume plan: Interact with Production Managers to validate plan feasibility.
Prepare off-season volume plan: Interact with cross regional planners to validate plan feasibility
Facilitate acreage planning process: Ensure planting schedule maximizes budget yield and meets product inventory availability for sales.
Facilitate Parent Seed planning process: Interact with Parent Seed Field Ldr& to validate plan feasibility
Balance Plant & Tollers production schedule to meet inventory availability for sales.
Facilitate pre-commercial hybrids planning process (within E2E) interacting with R&D/Agronomy/Mktg/Production to ensure alignment.
Lead and attend different activities related with IBP cycle forums (CTs, PreSRs).
Participate in LPCT process representing Supply Chain Team.
Develop, maintain and steward of internal performance dashboards, reports and KPIs.
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy / Engineering
5 years of experience in Production, Supply Chain or other operations role within Ag Industry
Fluent English (written & spoken)
SAP or another ERP knowledge is desirable
This role is fully dedicated to Soybean, Sunflower, Sorghum planning activities
