ELP Master Planning ELP 生产主计划
Monthly internal and external demand review and communicate for issues.
Propose Monthly long term and short-term production plan of all products according to demand forecast & custom (including import and export).
Breakdown production plan to master production plan according to actual inventory and demand status of finished goods and materials and actual capacity.
Closely work with Regulatory department, understand the impacts from regulatory change, to make the production plan to fulfill regulatory requirements accordingly.
Closely work with production dept. and QA/QC and other related functions for capacity balance and optimization, coordinate well to implement the MPS with best sequence in high efficiency.
Run MPS in SAP, check material availability, convert planned orders to process orders, release process orders in SAP, transfer information from SAP to REGULUS and PMX
According to capacity and customer requirements, and the target to balance and efficiently utilize the capacity, conduct detailed scheduling in SAP planning board.
Issue pre for production material in SAP with full lead-time to meet production demand. Confirm the demands for relevant non-ICO materials before the material buyer release the order to vendor. Release and manage the ICO orders supplied by other Lilly sites.
Support MRP master data maintenance in SAP by providing the required data
Promptly react to abnormal issue, adjust production schedule timely.
Strict inventory control of finished goods, raw materials & packing materials; monitor expiry date and retest date to ensure correctness and compliance in usage. Keep reasonable inventory to meet customers’ demand in maximum but with the minimum inventory.
Prepare weekly/monthly management reports such as slow-moving and obsolete material, Material retest requirement, and other things related planning and inventory control.
Maintain related Policies and SOPs, in order to be compliant.
Review and Approve BOM
Improve the system and routine operations according to Lilly global or local GMP policies/procedures.
Solve issues with the process team effectively on time. Serve as a liaison between the Process Team and SCM department (Plan, Warehouse, etc.)
As Change Control Owner, be responsible for ELP SC related Change
SC Performance management SC指标管理
OSSCE Stream owner for customer service/MPS/S&OP/Demand Management/CRP metrics maintenance and process improvement to ensure the process are at Class A level.
