How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support in project scheduling based on customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, considering available capacities and material availability, will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule.
2. You will be detailing production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule and working with purchasing/buyer to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production plan.
3. You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance loading, also collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning.
4. You will be result oriented thinking and well communication, make good result happen.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5 years of working experience in planning, project management, etc.,
3. Strong organization and communication.
4. Microsoft Office, SAP
5. Strong leadership and ownership are required.
6. Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English
