We are a well-established and growing automotive repair shop committed to providing top quality service and building a team of skilled, passionate professionals. We are looking for a highly skilled master mechanic who is equally passionate about turning wrenches and training the next generation of technicians. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles and the leadership skills to mentor the next generation of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
• Lead by example with efficient, high quality work and strong problem-solving
• Oversee and mentor junior technicians in day to day tasks
• Develop and implement training sessions, workshops and hands on demonstrations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the shop
• Assist with workflow management and ensure shop productivity goals are met

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in training, mentoring, or instructing others
• High level of personal integrity, accountability and teamwork

Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
