Master Field Technician
The Master Field Technician (MFT) is the best of the best in verifying, troubleshooting, isolating, repairing, and testing to ensure a quality long-lasting repair. Reporting to the Master Field Technician Team Leader, the MFT utilizes their knowledge, troubleshooting skills and expertise to effectively repair poor performing (chronic) equipment and address outliers within their designated work zones. They work closely within their respective areas to identify equipment that needs their expertise and partner with the local teams to coach and mentor when needed.
& Key Areas of Responsibility
Repairing Chronic Units and Outliers to ensure a quality repair by working on an average of 2 ATMs each day
Complete full Preventative maintenance on all Modules
Use of NCR Atleos Knowledge systems, repositories and resources to ensure a quality, long lasting repair
PPK management to ensure correct parts on hand
Review device logs and decode to identify root cause
Travel outside your regular service area as needed (may require occasional overnight stays)
Provide input to the Knowledge Systems as and when required
Delivers quality support and enhanced results meeting established KPI and Customer SLA
Complies with NCR Atleos policies which include but are not limited to:

Employee Health and Safety policy and standards
Accurate timekeeping and records of hours worked
Company’s Fleet policies and requirements, which include, but are not limited to, NCR Atleos’ requirements for safe driving
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, which may include night and weekend shifts (where applicable), and to perform overtime work upon management request or need
Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by Employer
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair
Completion of Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU
Recommendation from your Direct Manager
Proven performance through quality data
Knowledge of NCR Atleos ATM Diagnostic tools, Troubleshooting, and Repair processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering
Advanced understanding of Networking Technology
Great knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes
