Mister Sparky® is hiring a Master Electrician to lead from the front, elevate our electrical division, and get paid based on performance and professionalism.

Position Overview

As a Master Electrician, you will:

• Oversee residential electrical service work
  
  
• Ensure all work meets state and local code requirements
  
  
• Support and develop service electricians and apprentices
  
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
  
  
• Represent the brand with professionalism and authority
  
  
• Drive revenue through proper diagnostics and option presentation
  
  

You are the technical standard. The license holder. The final authority in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Perform and oversee residential electrical repairs and installations
  
  
• Diagnose panels, service upgrades, troubleshooting, and system issues
  
  
• Present options clearly and professionally to homeowners
  
  
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
  
  
• Maintain safety standards across all jobs
  
  
• Support training and mentorship of junior electricians
  
  
• Protect the customer’s home and deliver a five-star experience
  
  

Compensation & Earning Potential

Master-level expertise should not be compensated at technician-level pay.

Compensation Structure Includes:

Earning Potential:
$100,000 – $150,000+ annually for high-performing Master Electricians.
Top producers leading strong teams can exceed that.

There is no income cap.

If you are capable of running high-level diagnostics, leading a team, and delivering premium service, your income should reflect that.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Master Electrician License (required)
  
  
• Residential service experience
  
  
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
