The Master Electrician will be responsible for supervising and executing major electrical projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and finishing electrical installations with precision and leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Master Electrician License in Colorado
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Master Electrician, with a strong background in fieldwork
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Willing to start immediately
• Commitment to following company regulations
• Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards

JOB DUTIES

• Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing training and ensuring high standards of work.
• Supervise and participate in the diagnose, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Perform electrical safety inspections.
• Ensure all project work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Conduct and oversee project inspections and testing to ensure adherence to safety and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including reports and records of installations and maintenance work.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the designated vehicle, equipment, and tools, and promptly report any incidents or damage to management for repair or replacement.

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
