The Master Data Specialist enters, updates, and maintains data across multiple systems and databases, including ERP platforms (Macpac, Oracle, M1, Epicor) and workflow tools such as Kiss flow, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. This role performs quality checks, researches and resolves data discrepancies, generates routine reports, and coordinates data entry workflows with other teams. The Data Entry Administrator also supports data governance and audit activities, follows and helps refine data entry procedures, and provides guidance to Associate-level team members as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases.
• Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
• Handle data-related requests and inquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Generate routine reports and summaries (e.g., KPIs, audit data, dashboards) from entered data.
• Coordinate data entry workflows with other teams or departments and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support data governance, data quality, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to ensure data consistency and control compliance.
• Follow and help refine data entry procedures, keep process documentation up to date, suggest enhancements, and participate in improvement initiatives, transitions, and projects.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in data validation and migration
• Working knowledge of data entry processes and database/ERP systems, developed through formal training or job experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new data systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple data entry tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to exchange straightforward information with team members and business partners.
• Advanced business English skills (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and workflow/routing tools
• Experience supporting data governance, audit, or continuous improvement initiatives.
