Master Data Specialist

Master Data Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, validating, and maintaining master data in the company’s systems, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

Role responsibilities:

• Creates, modifies, and maintains master data in ERP systems and associated applications.
• Creates, modifies, and maintains production versions (PV) for finished products.
• Creates, modifies, and maintains bills of materials (BOM) for finished products.
• Creates, modifies, and maintains setup and packaging times for finished products.
• Processes requests for creation and modification of data in accordance with internal procedures and established SLAs.
• Checks and validates information before implementing changes.
• Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Identifies, investigates, and corrects errors or discrepancies in the system.
• Collaborates with the Planning, Supply Chain, Production, MST, QSC, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and IT departments.
• Provides support in the implementation of new products and in managing product changes.
