We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our core team at the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a best-in-class service. As part of the Data Management Team, you’ll focus on operational excellence across our global locations, standardizing data and driving automation.

Your main tasks
Report the effects of work, KPIs and changes in processes to the Master Data Manager
Secure tasks related to the master data management processes and ensuring effective cooperation in this respect with other departments
Demonstrate the understanding of business environment in given area (awareness of supplier and customer data management area and specifics would be a plus)
Participate and support transition of activities to SSC in Warsaw
Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within led team and externally)
Ensure process quality with effective issue solution implementation
Standardize and automate Master Data processes
Responsibility for the compliance of the entrusted process with the specified data management policy and other internal and external regulations
Update Data Management policies and SOP procedures
Support Data Management related projects and GBS Strategy
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Global Master Data Management
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is essential
Strong analytical background
Very good Excel skills
Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
Proactive and innovative mindset.
Excellent command of the English language.
