Datwyler IT Services is the IT wing of the Datwyler Group. We work alongside the Datwyler group companies and Business units to ensure Datwyler has an IT strategy that allows us to transform our Information infrastructure to keep abreast with the digital needs of our group companies. Master Data Specialist

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of master data within SAP, supporting business operations and contributing to data quality and process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, validate, and process SAP master data requests with a high level of accuracy
• Manage daily workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned requests
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather required information for data setup
• Perform data maintenance, updates, and clean-up activities
• Support data migration, harmonization, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in projects related to master data and system enhancements
• Prepare documentation such as validation steps, test scripts, and process descriptions
• Identify and resolve data issues, escalating when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data management, SAP, or similar environment
• Experience with master data or ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong communication skills in English
