Job Description

Job Identification:

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to be a part of our Chief Operating Office team located in Group Office.

What We Expect:

  • Maintain and update commercial data in the company's systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to commercial data, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain commercial data standards and procedures, ensuring that all commercial data is compliant with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that can be used to improve commercial operations.
  • Communicate commercial data insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to commercial data, and ensure that all commercial data is compliant with these regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
  • Experience in commercial data management, with a focus on data analysis and data quality.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to deep dive data analysis.
  • Knowledge of commercial data standards and procedures as well as relevant regulations and policies.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
