Job Description

POSITION MISSION

Lead the enablement of the data ecosystem to provide better internal and external data access to multiple businesses across Zoetis.

This strategic role involves data transformation into actionable insights that drive business decisions strategies, including development and implementation of data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, defining data standards, and overseeing data governance policies.

The Master Data Management Coordinator is a detail-oriented and creative professional with strong analytical skills, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM and related systems. This role supports the implementation of strategies and opportunities that enhance the effectiveness of the commercial team and the broader organization by leveraging CRM processes, insights from multiple data sources (sell-in, sell-out, market, etc.), and reporting that enables the commercial team to self-serve data.

KEY FUNCTIONS.

  • Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives related to data quality and integrity.
  • Leads and executes data investigations and recommends process improvements.
  • Responsible for the organization’s CRM administration, including managing the CRM database to ensure proper tool functionality and providing up-to-date, accurate information to support decision-making.
  • RDM administration: regional data management system where master/reference data (product, customer, and field force) is stored and maintained.
  • Responsible for ensuring that information migrating across different systems (SPM, Azure, Salesforce/TP) is aligned and consistent.
  • Responsible for managing the equivalency (mapping) table.
  • Provides strategic direction that results in improved operational efficiencies and enhanced user experience.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues across the different systems.
  • Promotes data as an asset, modeling that behavior.
  • Sources and gathers relevant data (including sales data, finance information, and CRM information) to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzes business data, generates reports, and creates data visualizations, and provides recommendations based on information collected from different areas.
  • Presents findings and insights to senior management and leadership.
  • Influences stakeholders and business partners to support the vision and solutions.
  • Mercadata administration: responsible for managing and ensuring timely Mercadata information used for sales sell-out data.
  • Backup support for Revenue Management and incentives.
  • Trains trainers (“train the trainer”) and CRM users.
  • Use technology to reduce the burden on the sales force and help them focus on demand generation activities.
  • Maintains and supports the design of useful indicators for business units at different maturity levels and promotes the use of CRM as a business strategy.

EDUCATION (Level / Degree / Specialty or Discipline)

  • College level professional in business administration, economics, operations, sales, IT or strategic planning.
  • Power BI, VBA in Excel, SQL or any other development language is a plus
  • Mastery of the English language is a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in CRM and BI platforms
  • Salesforce administration and user experience is required
  • Experience managing big volume of data, analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience implementing, training, and coaching projects
