Master Data Maintainer
The Role:
The Master Data Maintainer role is responsible for executing instruction based tasks on company's master data
in various applications. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to
execute prescribed work instructions to ensure data consistency.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute the creation, update, and deletion of master data records as per instructions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all systems.
• Communicate to different departments on the completion and turnaround of data requests.
• Adhere to data governance policies and procedures.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
Experience, Education & Soft Skills:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration of manufacturing, finance or supplier databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commercial domain or relevant filed.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data querying tools (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications in data querying or tools.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the same industry.
• Working Knowledge of ERP systems.
