Duration: 6 months

Work Model: Hybrid

Work schedule: 40 hrs per week (8 hours per day) or 20 hrs per week (4 hours per day)

What will you do:

• Support the Global Master Data Operations team with day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Track project actions, tasks, and follow-ups across ongoing initiatives.
• Support key projects and initiatives within the Global Master Data Operations team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for various business needs.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving data quality and accuracy.
• Gain exposure to global operations and cross-functional business activities.
• Develop experience in stakeholder management and business transformation.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and follow-up capabilities.
• Interest in business operations, communications, or international relations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and AI assistants.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a global team environment.
• Interest in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
