Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Master Data Intern reports to the Master Data Team Lead. This position contributes to and supports daily tasks such as helping to ensure all vendor and customer data is accurately and efficiently processed and maintained. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on the timely entry and verification of data while learning the processes and systems used in the Business Service Center for Americas.

Master Data Operations:

  • Coordinate and process incoming requests for new vendor and customer creation or changes to existing data for Americas.
  • Assist in ensuring all master data is processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the tax configuration of clients in Argentina.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as AP, Billing, and Operations, to obtain necessary information for data entry.

Compliance and Administration:

  • Align with and uphold all company policies and procedures related to data integrity and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all master data activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn new processes, systems, and tools.

Are you a MATCH?

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and within 12 to 18 months of graduation. Ideally, you have successfully completed coursework in Taxation.

Experience/Certifications

  • Experience in a Master Data, Tax, Accounts Payable, or a related finance role is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is preferred.

Language Requirements

  • We are looking for intermediate English skills to connect effectively across our regional teams.
