JD- Master Data Governance Administrator (Pricing)

A Pricing Master Data Governance Administrator maintains pricing and business partner master data so, that it is fit for purpose – meaning that it enables the business to operate efficiently and effectively. Improve end to end flows and functional processes and assist end users in solving master data related issues.

By executing its responsibilities, the Pricing Master Data Governance Administrator ensures that master data quality meets the expectations from stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create, change and delete pricing and business partner master data according to the requests
  • Create, change and delete standardized master data on behalf of projects
  • Answer end-users’ master data related questions
  • Know company processes and policies to set up accurate master data information
  • Participate in reviews, audits and assessments
  • Support targets and strategic initiatives
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement or pass on to relevant organization
  • Actively share knowledge and best practice
  • Adhere to all Internal Audit Controls
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in various ERP systems within a production environment especially SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy focused
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication across all levels of management

  • Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
  • Make decisions quickly and work extended periods of time independently

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the E2E processes to assess impact of master data

What’s required

  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • SAP S4 master data knowledge required
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in data migration and transformation projects, including data mapping and data conversion processes is a plus.

Work Timing & Location

  • Office – Pune ( Pimple Saudagar) India
  • Hybrid office presence policy – 3 days at office + 2 days WFH
  • Typical Working Hours – 9 hrs between 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM IST
