The Corporate Trainer is responsible for collaborating with business leaders, managers, and team members across the organization to develop employee knowledge, skills, and performance. Duties include organizing and facilitating training programs, delivering onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives, supporting employees with professional development, and partnering with leadership to identify, implement, and evaluate training solutions that meet organizational needs.

Summary:

Working closely with multiple departments, the Master Data Coordinator maintains accurate customer and vendor data within JDE Enterprise One (JDE).

How success is defined:

  • Create, revise, deactivate, and maintain customer and vendor master data in JDE with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain sales tax documentation and support sales tax modules and related third-party platforms, including Avalara
  • Research discrepancies and communicate with internal partners to obtain complete and accurate information before creating or updating records
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Credit & Collections, distribution centers, and other teams to maintain accurate customer and vendor information
  • Generate, review, and maintain weekly and monthly reporting related to master data
  • Coordinate with Information Technology department on system errors, updates, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution affecting master data
  • Maintain correct account relationships and structures within the JDE system
  • Review exception and discrepancy reports and complete required customer or vendor record corrections
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and related process documentation related to master data
  • Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and identify and resolve problems

  • Demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to the agreed-upon schedule while being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate with coworkers and teams

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in Credit & Collections, master data management, sales operations, or a related function
  • Experience with JDE or a comparable ERP platform preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong data-entry, research, and validation skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent internal and external customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and changing business needs
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, follow established procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and maintain a high level of integrity and personal accountability
