About the role:

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of product master data Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support product creations, updates, and lifecycle changes while helping to maintain efficient and standardized master data processes. You will contribute to smooth business operations and support Essity's digital transformation journey.

What you will do:

  • Create, maintain, and update product master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and coordinate product creations, launches, and ongoing changes.

  • Validate and monitor data quality, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with established master data standards and processes.

  • Manage and resolve requests through the ticketing system while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Act as a trusted partner to business functions, proactively communicating updates and supporting master data-related inquiries.

  • Support data analysis activities and contribute to maintaining accurate and reliable information across systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Master Data organization.

  • Work with SAP, MDG, PLM, and other master data management tools to support operational excellence and business needs.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to understand the impact of data quality on business operations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • Resilient, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
