The Master Data Analyst LATAM plays a key role in supporting successful product launches and supply chain operations across Latin America. This position is responsible for the end-to-end setup and governance of product and material master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple business systems.
Partnering closely with teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Foreign Trade, and Project Management, you'll coordinate product introductions, manage critical workflows and support business initiatives

In this role, you will:
Support the setup and maintenance of product and material master data for new and existing products across LATAM markets.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as SAP ECC, PLM, and STIBO, following established data governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Foreign Trade, and Project Management to gather information required for product and material setup.
Assist in the coordination of product launches and material creation activities, helping ensure projects are completed on time.
Monitor workflows, identify issues, and support the resolution of data and process-related challenges.
Communicate status updates and partner with stakeholders across Latin America to support smooth execution of product lifecycle and supply chain initiatives.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Advanced Excel skills (including macros), Power BI knowledge and SAP experience.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
