Master Data Analyst – #APeople (Global HR Team)

Location: Based in LATAM · Hybrid · Full Time

Your work will ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance, enabling trustworthy insights for leaders and teams worldwide.

What you’ll do

Ensure high‑quality HR master data

• Maintain, validate, and update global HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors
• Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with HR and IT teams
• Ensure adherence to global data governance standards and data protection policies
• Identify root causes of recurring data issues and propose sustainable improvements

Support global HR systems & processes

• Contribute to HRIS enhancements, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help refine end‑to‑end master data processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to promote standardization and global alignment

Drive insights & reporting

• Support global HR reports and dashboards related to employee master data
• Analyze trends and patterns to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the Global HR team

What you bring

• Experience in Master Data Management and HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for data quality
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
• A structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style
• Commitment to data protection and confidentiality

Your background

• Relevant experience in Master Data Management, HR data, HR Operations, HRIS, or other analytical HR roles
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data quality, with the ability to work with complex datasets
• Comfort working with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and understanding of data governance concepts
• Ability to learn quickly, navigate systems, troubleshoot data issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
Formal degree not required — backgrounds in HR, IT, Business, Data, or related fields are welcome
Professional certifications or practical experience in data, HR analytics, or HRIS systems are a plus
