As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of SAP Product Master Data that supports key business processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, and Reporting.
Working closely with stakeholders across Europe and North America, you will help ensure that materials can be purchased, planned, manufactured, stored, sold, and reported correctly. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and business continuity across multiple sites and functions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with SAP, solving problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving processes in a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Do
Create, maintain, validate, and update SAP Product Master Data
Support material creation, modifications, discontinuations, and master data change requests
Maintain key master data elements including: Material Master Records, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings / Recipes, Pricing Data, Purchasing Records, Sourcing Lists
Investigate and resolve master data issues that impact business operations
Ensure compliance with global data standards and governance processes
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, and other business functions
Support data quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Maintain documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
Contribute to process improvement and master data governance initiatives
Support reporting activities and KPI monitoring when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of SAP experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Planning, Master Data, or a related environment
Experience maintaining Product Master Data within SAP
Strong understanding of how master data impacts operational and supply chain processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate clearly with business users and explain data-related issues effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
Nice to Have
Experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, or other operational environments
Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing organizations
Exposure to Trackwise or Data Warehousing tools
APICS certification
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and a proven track record will also be considered.
