Master Data Administrator

Location: Manila, Philipines

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of master data policies and processes

Comply with data quality metrics compliance rules.Identify and resolve data quality issues, including data cleansing and validation

Ensure data accuracy and completeness

Ensure continuous maintenance and updating of master data records

Manage data synchronization between internal and external systems as needed

Maintain and edit documentation for data management processes and compliance auditsPreparation & validation of master data as per policies and processes before mass uploads

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education

Several years of experience in the field of master data

Depth knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and data bases in relation to data quality

Ability to work using own initiative, prioritize workload accordingly and develop knowledge to apply data across multiple countries

Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented and organizeCargoWise One and/or Microsoft D-365 experience is an advantageExcellent communications skills with colleagues as well as external customersWillingness to work on shifts and during holidays/rest days if needed
