Your work will directly impact how our clients discover, engage with and shop our products, making every detail count in delivering a seamless online experience.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Support the setup of new brands and suppliers, ensuring accurate and complete data
  • Carry out quality checks across product pages and existing records to maintain high standards

  • Support the setup and execution of promotional campaigns across the website
  • Use digital tools and platforms to prepare and optimise product pages for publication
  • Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and ways of working

What you’ll bring…

You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, with a collaborative approach and a focus on quality and delivery.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Confident using Excel and digital systems, with the ability to build technical expertise, particularly in ERP
  • A structured and organised approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools in an ecommerce environment
  • Interest in beauty, retail or ecommerce
