Master Data Administration Executive

Misson:

The Master Data Administration Executive ensures the accurate creation, maintenance, and governance of enterprise master data across global entities. Operating within the Group data governance framework, the role is responsible for managing master data in Financial Information Systems and ensuring compliance with internal policies, data governance standards, and external regulations.

The position supports the consistency, reliability, and quality of business-critical master data used across finance and operational processes, while providing centralized data management services to internal entities. The role collaborates with business stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support efficient financial and operational reporting.

Key Expected Achievements​

• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant data in information systems according to Group and/or Local requirements.
• Investigate and resolve user or customer queries related to master data in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure Master Data Governance rules are properly applied within the local business context while aligning with Group standards and policies.
• Identify and correct data quality issues, including inaccuracies, missing information, obsolete records, and inconsistencies.
• Continuously improve data quality control processes to enhance reliability and usability of master data.
• Identify and analyze root causes of data quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Promote and share best practices through the Data Administration Network to strengthen data governance across teams.
• Analyze operational errors and implement action plans to reduce or prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and present KPIs and SLA performance reports for monthly performance management reviews.
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams involved in master data processes.
• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to support business operations and data initiatives.
• Maintain and update work instructions and operational documentation to ensure process consistency and knowledge sharing.

External Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Management Information System, or any related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experiencein the field of data management.
• Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with people at various levels.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS office applications.
