What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced collision repairs, including frame straightening, structural repairs, and complex panel replacements
- Ensure repairs meet factory specifications and highest quality standards
- Mentor junior technicians and help maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Keep current with industry advancements, certifications, and OEM repair procedures

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of collision repair experience with advanced structural and frame work
- I-CAR or OEM certifications strongly preferred
- Proven ability to perform repairs independently and to the highest standards
- Leadership qualities and willingness to train/mentor team members
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
