Pay: From $24 to up to $72 per flat rate hour, based on experience

Schedule Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, Sat 7:30-2:00

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience
• Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics
• ASE Certifications
• BMW experience is a huge plus
• Strong work ethic
• Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
• A great communicator with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.
• Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner.
• Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.
• Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
• Develop a production plan each month.
• Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. ​

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
