At BRM NAPA Auto Care, we’re looking for a seasoned Master Technician who’s been there, done that, and wants to get paid for it.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models (~15% European)
• Handle everything from electrical diagnostics to engine/transmission work
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Maintain high-quality repairs and low comebacks

Compensation

• Flat-rate, uncapped earnings
• $40–$45/hr starting rate
• Technicians averaging 100+ hours per 2-week pay period
• Top performers earning up to $140K+

Shop Environment

• 2 dedicated bays per Master Technician
• High car count and steady workflow

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Optional Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills (ASE certifications are a plus, not required)
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
