Master Diagnostic Technician – Up to $58/HR

Our North Shepherd location needs a high-level diagnostic technician who can produce, lead by example, and help raise the bar in the shop.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete honest, thorough inspections
• Use Tekmetric and factory scan tools
• Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high productivity with minimal comebacks
• Perform quality control checks before delivery
• Help mentor younger technicians
• Keep a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of independent diagnostic experience
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• 3+ years of DVI experience
• Ability to consistently produce 50–60+ flag hours
• Own scan tools and necessary equipment
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional, dependable, team-oriented mindset
