The Massive Creator Team is in charge of managing large scale of small/medium Ecom creator, design incubating policies and operate platform systems to help creators earn incremental income from TikTok Shop affiliate business
As an E-commerce Massive Creator Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering TikTok creators to excel in affiliate marketing on the TikTok Shop.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Operation Support:
- Collaborate with the team to design and execute projects and materials that nurture and develop E-commerce creators.
- Support preparing and designing materials, call-to-action content and banners as brief.
- Involve in planning and execution of Massive creator policy, effectively leveraging TikTok Shop channels and tools.
- Assist in identifying relevant brands and products for creators to promote.
- Set up voucher/visibility/traffic tools to deliver project results.
- Set up tool & Co-host online & offline education program
2. Data-Driven scopes:
- Support basic data collection. Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to optimize creator growth strategies.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in ad-hoc research to provide creator insights with actionable suggestions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and drive results.
