Massage Therapist VI, Lincoln Park

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
  Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
  
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
  
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
  
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
  
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
  

This is a full-time position. Hours will vary between 8:00am and 8:00pm including weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in licensed field
  
• Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs) Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead
  
• Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings
  
• Acts as Lead when Lead is out
• People leader experience, trainer experience or any certifications to support training

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
