Location: Kohler, WIOpportunityJoin our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESProviding guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare
This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekends with shifts varying between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin.
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.Sunday availability required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
