
• Provide exceptional care while designing/performing customized massage treatments that address each guest’s individual needs
• Maintain proficiency in all types of body massages offered; keep up-to-date on techniques and certifications
• Ability to communicate and describe in an articulate manner the salon/spa offerings and their benefits, including pricing
• Recommend and up-sell services and products that meet the clients’ needs
• Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner
• Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy
• Maintain clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products
• When not with clients, responsible for assisting with laundry, front desk, and other duties as assigned
