About the role

TheMassage Therapistperformsmassages and procedureson guests based on their requestand Four Seasons exacting standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.

What you will do

•    Provideprofessional and relaxedmassageservice to all guests,maintainingthehighest level of hospitality and professionalism.

•    Adhere to allBoard of Cosmetology requirements including all sanitation and hygiene standards andcomplies withlocal legislation asrequired

•    Ensure environment, lighting, scents, andtemperature aretoguest’scomfort and spa standards.

•    Set up,utilizeand clean equipment in thetreatment roomEnsure quality and par levels for linens and supplies. Clean and break downworkarea

•  Actively promote and sell retail items

What you bring

•    Florida Board of Cosmetology Certificationrequired

•    At least 2years ofmassage therapistexperience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

•    Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

•    Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.Willingto work in a fast-paced environment.

•    Upselling skills.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
