What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide luxury massage treatments, creating a serene and indulgent experience for our discerning guests. As part of a dedicated wellness team, you will contribute to a tranquil environment where guests can rejuvenate and unwind.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver a wide range of massage treatments, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and specialized techniques.
  • Customize each session to address guest preferences, physical conditions, and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continually refine techniques to provide innovative and luxurious treatments.
  • Assist in creating personalized wellness journeys for guests, collaborating with the spa team to recommend complementary treatments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment that reflects the high standards of a luxury spa.
  • Adhere to the resort’s service protocols, ensuring confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
  • Engage in pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment recommendations to enhance the guest’s overall experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to elevate skills and stay aligned with the resort’s luxury ethos.
  • Recommend spa products and services in line with the resort’s wellness philosophy.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during treatments.
  • Assist with wellness workshops, special events, and promotional activities as needed.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Certified/licensed massage therapist with specialized training from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort environment.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of massage modalities; additional skills in facials or body treatments are a plus.
  • Ability to provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different preferences and physical abilities.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering bespoke experiences.
  • Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic treatments.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
