The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized body treatments in accordance with Spa William Gray standards. Focused on guest well-being, they help create a memorable, safe, and serene experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide various types of massages and body treatments according to Spa protocols (relaxation, therapeutic, drainage, etc.).
• Assess guest needs and adapt the treatment accordingly.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience before, during, and after the treatment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with hygiene standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms and required materials.
• Recommend additional treatments or products when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth and harmonious service.
• Respect Spa William Gray policies, procedures, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Recognized diploma in massage therapy.
• Member in good standing of a professional association (RQMS, FQM, etc.).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in massage therapy (experience in a luxury spa is an asset).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
