Who are we looking for?
The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences.
Good to know Start date & OnboardingThe successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned spa location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.
TrainingUpon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments.
Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.
Training dates will be discussed during the interview.

Bespoke in-house training will be provided and supported by your Spa Manager, where you’ll learn and receive certification of Lush’s accredited treatments. Becoming a LUSH Spa Therapist provides you with the opportunity to create a magical career whilst being trained to the highest level, allowing you to further develop core massage skills through our innovative treatments.
At Lush we understand Therapist’s time and dedication to their client is a vital part of the role, therefore we support a maximum of 5.5 hours of massage per day, allowing you time to enjoy and perform at your best.
